Obviously, the S&C hire has to made in the next week to 10 days so the players can hit the weights running when school starts back up, correct? If the current timeline for the AD hire is mid-January to early February, does that mean Hart will be allowed to work the contract for the S&C coach?
If so, if say an assistant coach leaves or is hired away before a new AD is in place, say for instance Martinez takes another job next week and the new AD hire is potentially a month away, will Hart be allowed to work the contract for a replacement hire so that a new coach can be in place for the final month of recruiting? Or is it more likely they temporarily bump Sheridan or Wells up to a position where they can go out on the road recruiting until an AD hire is made?
