go until 2020. I want to see what he does with all his players in his system with years under their belt developed by the best staff in America. No excuses, just results and accountability. Give him an extention if needed but do not change the buyout terms. Nobody is going to steal him, if they do oh well he bailed. New AD needs to give him support and boosters need to help pull in those top 15 recruiting classes. This will also show future hot coaching candidates that you will have time to build your team. CBJ has said this is a 5 or 6 year rebuild (should have won 11 the last two years) however give him support and 7 years and see what happens. I don't think he can do it, but part of me says let's see if he can do what he says with full support from the powers in charge.
