Butch was very complimentary of Coleman Thomas, thrilled that he got included on the first release of the Remington watch list today. Not surprisingly he kind of downplayed the lofty rankings that the Vols are receiving in the pre-season mags that are starting to trickle out, noting that was all a reflection of last year's team and what they accomplished.

Very interestingly he noted that when he took over last year Tennessee didn't have a player who had scored 20 points in a college game. This year's team will have five players that have accomplished that. Barnes added that the only time he's had a team as young as the one he'll coach this year was when Kevin Durant was a freshman.
