About halfway down Parker's Corner he breaks down Joe Milton games.
"He has a rocket arm and I'm not being hyperbolic when I say Milton has better arm strength not just more than Dobbs, but more juice in that right arm than even Tyler Bray. Time and again he threw on the run with accuracy and not just going to his right but left as well. In the Minnesota game while being flushed out to the left, he threw a 45-yard bomb at the right front pylon of the end zone with just a flick of his wrist. The football gods reached from the skies and replaced his arm with a lightning bolt. You can power Neyland Stadium's jumbotron with it."
