I had an older gentleman sitting beside me. The young lady in front of him was standing a lot. She turned around early in the game (he had not said anything) and said, "we are going to stand a lot. So, just get used to it." He was bewildered. He truly didn't care if she stood....he was happy that people were fired up. I know the "blue hairs" catch a lot of grief, but this guy was pretty cool.
Crowd was pretty pumped up. A lot of energy and a lot of fun. I had a guy behind me that hated UT and Nebraska. He was badmouthing everything and finally, the old man turned around and said, "Why are you even here? You paid money to be miserable?" The guy said nothing else the rest of the night.
Kudos to DB#9!!! Also to Dobbs! Really thought the OL pass blocked really well. Run block was ok at times...not too good at other times. I thought John Kelly was our best RB tonight.
Again, just a fun night!
