Just hear me out.
Why not just build a strength and conditioning department that is built on systems and processes that is not based on 1 person... It would be built on Data, Science, Routine and implemented by a team of personnel that remains with the University for a long time. You wouldn’t have the big name but you would have stability. Sure have a face to the program but it doesn’t have to be what it is now.
It’s not like strength and conditioning is some secret.
At some point you have to think outside of the box.

go ahead and roast me but the Oregon’s and Clemsons are willing to try new approaches. Maybe we should.
