Life has been really going good this year; didn't go on a single vacation this summer due to a new job that is going excellent and knowing I would be going to a ton of vols games this year being a first time season tix holder.
Well last week I found out I have to work sat morning of OU game and then one of my best friends in the whole wide world died Saturday night. In order to travel to north Alabama for his funeral tomorrow, I now have to work Sunday which really kills the 3 day wknd. But I wouldn't miss it for the world. He was a diehard bammer and we were going to burn TTown down the 3WiO like we have done the last 2 trips. Not to mention I was taking my first trip to Denver ever and gonna see him for Broncos/Packers Halloween wknd in Denver, with everything already paid for.
We had an epic Fall planned Individually that were gonna luckily cross paths several times, and like that it is gone. I am now going to UGA game, still going to Tuscaloosa, and Denver, but man, it will be bittersweet.
