My family's parking pass has been reassigned to lot 23b this year after having been in G10 or G3 since 1990.We were worried about this at first,but after seeing G10s new rules have concluded it may be for the best.
I just wondered if any of you park in 23b.Are you allowed to go back to the left on Neyland Drive to go east towards Tri-Cities>?an you take Lake Loudon out ,or Chamique Holdsclaw,or are you forced to go back towards Cumberland?In general ,is 23b easy to get in and out of? Thanks for any opinions.
