Pruitt will defend his players. When asked about the need at CB he was basically offended and defended who we have (obviously because that is who he has to look in the eye and coach). Love it. And with the move of Byrd to CB we may actually be able to survive.
Willingness to evaluate players and move around the most talented guys in order to get the best athletes on the field. Huge point.
He is just a ball coach. I love it. It will take some time but we actually have a guy that can out-coach people (when he gets semi-comparable talent). It will be a journey despite what some on here believe. But, I think it will be worth it.
