Was listening to sports radio this morning and they were talking about the QB that had competed under grad school so was eligible to transfer to Oregon and play immediately. Apparently he failed a test needed to graduate. They said he was retaking it at Oregon today. It would be graded immediately after completion and if he passed he would be on practice field tonight........... Where is NCAA clearinghouse for this ??
Preston Williams has to schedule test weeks in advance , then wait for results and then wait for NCAA to approve ??
