So I am heading south on Temple Road in SW Davidson County a few hours ago, and noticed 3 of Metro's finest motorcycle officers stationed just across the Williamson County line running radar. There is a blind hill just before you get to the intersection of Sneed Road and Temple Road, just south of the entrance to Temple Hills subdivision. Due to the steepness of the hill, you naturally accelerate almost 10 mph, even if you do not apply more gas.
Just as I get to the top of the hill, a gray Toyota Tacoma that had just pulled on to Temple Road was already approaching at least 50 mph in the 30 mph zone where Metro was running radar. So I flashed my lights to warn him, and the joker just about killed himself to crain his head and arm around to flip me a bird. I was thinking that is strange reaction considering I am trying to keep you from getting a ticket.
After running my errand in Temple Hills, I was heading back north on Temple Road towards Hwy 100, and I noticed that the gray Toyota pickup had been pulled over by Metro. One of the officer's was absolutely reading the guy the riot act. There was a power T on the back window and a UT bumper sticker, so I figured it could be one of you characters, such as @Drake01, who lives in that general vicinity.
I got the last laugh I suppose. I honked my horn and gave the character the okay sign as I passed by. One of the Metro officer's waved me off, but at least I didn't get a ticket.
