I politely asked for a replacement piece of fried chicken at lunch today. It was so greasy it ran down my chin when I took a bite. When I asked, the Manager (also politely) asked "you don't like juicy fried chicken"? I said sure I do but not this "juicy". So the question, when does a juicy piece of fried chicken turn into a greasy piece of fried chicken? By the way, the replacement was excellent.
