Should go without saying that I'm a big fan and have a ton of respect for the young man.
Wanted to share one nugget from our talk this morning. I thought this might have been the case but had never gotten around to asking Josh once the crisis passed:
Last summer Josh could have left. He's far enough along academically that if he had gone to mini-term and taken a full load in the summer he could have graduated and left with immediate eligibility. He told me today that other than the thought passing through his mind he never seriously considered the option. Couldn't envision himself being the new guy and told me he knew that 'Tennessee needed him.'
