To those who followed closely when Kiffin was here, and those who are in the know...
When Kiffin took the job here he was always very brash on the recruiting trail when it came down to battles between him and Urban when he was at Florida. Was this all a calculated recruiting move to get publicity and start raiding Florida, or was there genuine dislike there towards CUM from Kiffin? We all know Urban's history of how phony he really is, and how he reported Patrick Peterson and he chose LSU.
The reason I ask is because he never took shots at Saban when he was here, and I even remember game week leading up to the Bama game he said multiple times how much he respected Saban and the way he built up that program, etc. etc..
Obviously he works for Saban now, but I'm specifically thinking back in 09'. Why did he go after Meyer the way he did publicly, but show so much respect for Saban?
