I take a "shortcut" to Wilmington from time to time. I use the term loosely, because about every other time I take this two lane road, I run into the same thing. Traffic is backed up going 30 miles an hour. When you finally get to what is causing the bottleneck, there he is. Probably late 80's, can barely see over the steering wheel and can hardly stay on the road. When you pass him, he flips you off and mouths F... You!! How long are they going to let this ole geezer drive, till he kills somebody. Geez!!
