Florida true freshman linebacker Vosean Joseph doesn’t lack for confidence or bravado: He has not taken a snap as a Gator, yet has released a “hit list” of running backs he cannot wait to tackle.
He tweeted out his list Thursday night, then removed it late Friday morning
His list: LSU’s Leonard Fournette, Tennessee’s Jalen Hurd, Georgia’s Nick Chubb, Florida State’s Dalvin Cook and Alabama’s Bo Scarbrough.
Florida plays all of those running backs in the regular season except for Scarbrough. Whether Joseph will be on the field, though, is another question. Joseph was three-star prospect from powerhouse Miami Norland and is known for his aggressiveness and big hits. But he was listed at just 6 feet 1 and 215 pounds when he signed in February, and because he is a summer enrollee, he is not yet on the Gators’ roster and thus there is no updated weight. And while the Gators lack depth at linebacker, Joseph is not a sure thing to see the field this fall.
