I like many of you ordered my Coaches Polo from last year, which they had plenty of stock at the time. Had a receipt of my order and was expecting it within a couple days. After a week I emailed with no reply . After a few more days I called and was told to expect it by the end of the week. Yesterday they emailed back and said my order was cancelled due to lack of stock. Someone should have emailed you when it first happened. End of story.
I understand they received a huge bulk of orders at once. But why process my order then cancel it and hide for 2 weeks before I hear something? Then not offer a discount on something else or anything?? Mistakes happen, but I was very disappointed with this transaction that didn't happen.
