I have to give it to this guy. He showed his first year hear (and first full year as an asst if I recall correctly) he had a lot of potential. Things slipped a little last year and I think that hit him hard for not landing some of his top targets. BOY has he put that behind him and came out the gate swinging harder than Mike Tyson in his prime. I wish we could offer him the entire bank to keep him here his whole career.
