I have a strong razor but not a police version. It will put you down for sure but you need to be about 3 feet from subject. The man that aimed on at the police officer in Atlanta was 25-30 feet away and fired it up into the air. Was he close enough to impact anyone. Just curious No one is saying anything about the distance.
