Down there for coaching clinic. A few take aways..
1) Their new facility is absolutely top of the line, but I thought ours were very comparable.
2) They did everything first class from top to bottom.
3) Hunter Johnson looked like the best QB on campus by far, he throws a great ball and was calm throughout practice. Also looks like a pretty good athlete.
4) RBs will take a step back. Feaster wasn't as impressive as I expected.
5) They need to find some help up front on Oline, or have some kids drastically improve.
6) Higgins will definitely have a chance to help them at wide out.
7) The defense looks like an SEC D in the front 7. DBs battled for the ball on almost every throw.
8) practice was very efficient and moved smoothly through about 20 periods. Venables is super intense on his players on D and his mentality spills over.
