Need a new OC and a new OL coach.
Debord - Good X's and O's guy, but he is a terrible playcaller. Very inconsistent. If that RB dive play is going he can make it work. If not, forget it. He has no feel for the flow of the game, the momentum, who is hot, who is not, what the other team's defense is conceding... How do you call that long pass that was intercepted at the end of the game? Dobbs was pretty much having his worst game ever, accuracy-wise. He was missing people, throwing balls in the dirt. He did not have it. Yet at a crucial time, with a LOT of time left, he calls that pass? He was late on the pass, of course, because he was off all day. Yet Kelly had 94 yards on 14 carries. You maybe run the ball more on one of the worst run defenses in the league? Instead he passes all night with a guy that was clearly off. Debord needs to go. We can do better.
Mahoney- OL is soft and has not improved. The main reason for the Offenses inconsistencies.
If Butch doesn't do this he will find himself out of a job after 2017.
