Obviously win out. As I said in multiple threads last week, not a given but SC worried me for the exact same reasons we saw. Win out that would put us 9-3 with a chance to win 10 but it's going to be tough with this team essentially fractured mentally and physically. Not to mention this staff makes it so much tougher than it should be.
Offseason - staff changes. Ultimately this will be the difference in Jones being here another 10 years than not. S&C, Debord, Mahoney...all have to go. If Butch truly wants to run the zone read then he needs to hire a qualified OC to run it and yes that included a QB coach. I hate this offense but it's Jones so bring in someone who can run it.
Defensively...he needs to let Shoop bring on some people that he is comfortable with...needs to be some upgrades there.
