When you bungle a coaching search as bad as the UT administration did, there’s very little mystery as to why this isn’t working out too well.
At the time Fulmer took over this search, there was no doubt he was going to have to take a chance on a guy who had never been a head coach before. We really had no chance to get this thing right at that point.
It’s simply time to admit the mistake, take the hit and move on. This thing isn’t getting any better under this coach or this staff.
