If a Justin Worley or Nathan Peterman type is our QB for 4 years, does Butch make it anywhere near this long? His system is a failure without a guy like Dobbs running it. Did Dobbs cost him a game or 2, sure. But his record at Tennessee is sub .500 without him at QB. That's not a guy who can get it done at the level we're looking for.
