B. All out bidding war between the schools. Tennessee offers a hot shot WR $4 million over 3 years. Texas A&M, backed by oil men you’re lining the pockets of at the pump right now, says “we can double that offer… come to College Station”. In other words, success depends on money.
C. An X amount of money generated by the game (say $100 million) is divided evenly by every college football player at the NCAA level (P5 and FBS). This cash is given out each year on a card. That card can be used to buy whatever the kid wants to spend it on. This is in addition to a free college education that billions around the globe miss out on. Under this plan, players are compensated. You don’t have suits making big money off them for nothing in return. It’s an even playing field where players don’t wait and see who the highest bidder is for their services.
Also, under option A and C, the NCAA does a complete overhaul with investigations. It is clearly spelled out what is illegal. Investigations are much more thorough and more investigators are hired. Any school who gives away illegal items such as Cadillacs, Dodge Chargers, or extra cash under the table gets an automatic year without football no matter who it is. In other words, the game is cleaned up big time. No school is immune.
