I know its an old question, but seriously what was wrong? (I ask b/c I feel like 05 LSU is replayed all the time)
That 05 team may have not been as far as you think from being the top 5 team it was propped up to be. They were very much alive at the start of 4th qt in every game they lost. And the D was nasty.
