When he hired Mike Debord. We could have had anyone in the nation with all the talent we have on this team. He had a chance to go out and take this team to the next level and instead he did and we continue to see the consequences. Saban continually surrounds himself with top notch coaches but Butch seems to think his way is the only way and will not change. We've seen it with Debord, no QB Coach, our no name strength coach, and we will continue to see it until his butt gets canned one day.
