I really really need some help. I had a video library of 1000 videos saved on SanDisk 64G Cruz USB drives. Last week I ordered a 1 TB storage device so I could back up all the files as I had somehow deleted all the info on one of them, losing about 70 World War II movies. So before I ever even opened up the new storage device, I was going to watch one of my WW2 videos on one of my other USBs. What I had done was purchase a cheap multi-port USB drive that held 10 USBs and I could watch videos of different genre at any time without having to swap out USBs. So when I turned on my PC I was getting the error message "USB device not recognized" on all 10 of the USBs. When I try to check or update driver on these by going into "Device Manager" I get the message "Our records show that you have the correct drive on your computer" and it shows Error 10. I can't believe the day I got the backup drive for these videos that this happened. I guess that's just typical of my luck. So can anybody help me rescue these movies? I would estimate these USB drives have approx. 400 movies on them that I will not be able to replace. All help advice appreciated.
