Nothing too major here but after fist game-and-a-half just wanted to pass along some quick, knee-jerk observations on the newcomers.
Obviously, no major conclusions should be drawn from this particular setting.
Thought Grant Williams was a bit of a pleasant surprise. Looks like he's done some work on his body. He handled the ball out on the floor some, looked agile around the basket and even stepped out and knocked down a three.
Kwe Parker looked crazy quick and athletic but didn't really find a groove in the first half of the second game. Had a couple of nice passes for assists but didn't knock down any jumpers.
Jordan Bowden was not shy about pulling the trigger from long range but didn't make anything with consistency. Looked good physically though, continue to think he has a chance to be a nice find in this class.
Fulkerson looked like what you would expect, ran the floor well, had a couple of nice putback dunks and flashed his athleticism. Has added some weight for sure but still definitely needs to get bigger. He didn't have a lot of chances with the ball as bigs generally struggle to get a lot of touches in this environment.
