I'm finally back to the board after the Gatlinburg fire. I lost my house, my Tundra and my travel trailer. I was able to save my 3 puppies, my wife of 48 plus years, a small file box of important papers, a USB thumb drive with critical files and the clothes on my back. However, I am blessed by already owning another home in Gatlinburg that I'm currently moving into. My wife and I were trying to decide whether it was time to downsize. The fire took care of that decision. We are wanting for nothing although we lost all of our possessions. It is the things that cannot be replaced such as hand sewn quilts, all my Air Force gear and memorabilia that do cause sadness. But life goes on.
Again, I want for nothing. However, there are several of our fellow humans that are not fortunate as I am. I do request you donate to the Dolly Foundation to help those less fortunate. And as Red Skelton used to say "May God bless."
