Memphis State TOS guys (two of them) saying flat out that if Tubby is the coach there next season Harris will not be going there. Period. And frankly with them celebrating beating SMU's third-stringers last night combined with his crazy buyout and vote of confidence from the AD last week it seems likely he'll be there.
Separately, Baylor obviously coming hard after Harris but Vols TOS says he would be surprised if Harris didn't take an OV here. Now that's not "news" per se, and Rob has been all over this, but if Memphis is out I think we are in a two-team battle with Baylor unless a bigger name gets involved late.
I'd LOVE to see him get here for an UV for the UF game next week though that would obviously be tough with school and all. But that's our last home game and it will likely be a sellout and Senior Night for JD3 who Harris would ostensibly be replacing. Late signing period starts April 11th so there is some time here of course.
