Since everyone else is chiming in on their views these last two weeks im going to make the comparison everyone likes to dissect like a frog with Dabo and Clemson. Now by no means am i saying CJP is anywhere close to what Dabo is as a head coach but lets take a look at how Clemson was under Dabo's first three years. 3-3 (interim year), 9-5, 6-6. These first three years Dabo did the exact same thing CJP has done to this point. he attached his chain to piss poor QB's in Cullen Harper and Kyle Parker. He did this because Tajh Boyd was not ready to play yet and the other two QB's knew the system better and he almost lost his job because of it (starting to sound familiar). Boyd was on campus for the 9-5 & 6-6 years redshirting and learning. in Dabo's 4th year Boyd started for the first time and WE ALL know what happened from there because like me most everyone was steaming that he was in the wrong orange thanks to Lane. with all that said I'm not happy with where this season appears to heading but I'm willing to see what happens the rest of the year and next season. All the mods on every site keep saying HB is not a bust he just needs more time so vent away but this season will be what it will be. CFP is not moving on from CJP after giving him an extension unless big money people want him gone.
