Tua is very talented and a really good QB. To me, I think he benefitted from a great line and great receivers. The OL and the WR group during his time at AL were as good as it gets.
He can make all the throws but I think he struggles under pressure. His decision making suffers and his height hurts him. He throws a lot of balls up for grabs. Without the injury, I would take Burrows and Herbert over him.
