Coaches are tying to get our players to do things that do not work with our players. CJP even made a subtle mention of this after the game.

offense:
Massive o-line with below average size running backs. Either you keep the massive lineman and recruit big backs that can bruise or you keep the smaller backs and recruiter more agile lineman that can pull and run screen plays better.

Harrison Bailey — How does he fit into the overall scheme for the future? What type of offense does Tn want to run with Bailey? Do we have all the pieces recruited to run it?

defense:
Don’t have linebackers that can cover in space but we keep running a 4-3 base. How much longer before we change our base defense to fix this? Also, Crouch and Banks both were offensive weapons coming out of high school. Are we truly shocked that they are not playing up to the expectations we put on them to play great defense? It’s not their natural position/ evidently we can’t coach them up either it seems.
