When I am in Chrome on my laptop and hover over the message thread a small pop up box reveals the first part of the message. This doesn't happen on my desktop in Chrome. It works in Explorer on the same computer. Any ideas how to enable this in Chrome? I assume this is not a site setting since it works fine on my laptop or with another browser on the same computer. In both of the cases where it works the pop up blocker is enabled so this is not the issue.
Sometimes when I hover on the message in Chrome it says "Go to the first unread message". Sometimes nothing happens.
