That play call on 3rd and 13 the last I need to see of Debord

We have a trips set, one on a 5 yard hitch, one on a seam, and one on a 9 yard in (on 13). On the back side we have a receiver on a 3 yard hitch. First off, that just shows an utter lack of either 1) plays that can get 13 yards 2) an understanding of the down and distance or 3) a concession of possession. Second, where is the design in that play? No flood concept, no pulling of zones, no back side option, literally nothing. There was zero cohesion between routes on that play. Just three random routes and a back side stand and watch route. What was the read on that play even? Just inexcusable...
