We should have been lining up in the I-form and running it right at them and punching them in the gut. BUT yet they were doing that to us. SMH.... We have maybe the best running back duo in the country but we can't run the freaking ball worth a piss. And it has been this way since Butch has been here.
We NEED a new run formation installed in the offense Butch.....a blind man can see this. Your offense only works if you can create some deception by a mix of the run and pass. We have no deception and can't throw the ball.....therefore ....We can't run the ball. This is OLD news. For some freaking reason...you and Debord continue to come with the same offensive scheme and we continue to be out coached.
I would love to see Hurd in a pro style offense where he actually had a block or two and a hole to run through.
2nd and goal last night from the 1 and we line up in shot gun. That says it all!!! We can't beat a good team and coach with that crap.
